I searched in the threads, but can't find anything relating to this.
I have started a second run through of the game, but when I returned from Car Lem, I noticed that Caer Cyflen has the barricades, and other defences from the last act of my first run through.
Has anyone else had this issue?

It has been noted on other threads. And the barricades and other items are immaterial - you can (and do) run through them. The last update seems to have taken care of it.
