I chose to talk to Robar in Care Laem. Upon completing the question, the my question log lists under Choice: Dalliat" that I chose to kill him. In Caer Laem, after the the first fight with the Sorak, he doesn't appear and in the caves my characters remark that he had simply disappeared.
