As per the title. Tried to take the feat twice on my rogue, both times no DEX increase.

I did a save/reload and the +1 Dex had been added. Of course, it did not appear that the 1/2 and 3/4 feature of the feat was working for me, but I did not actively seek to test it at that time.

ah, I didn't try a save/reload, just went with ability score increase instead.
