[bug] Shillelagh not available for Warlock w/o spell slots

If a Tree Warlock who knows both the Shillelagh cantrip and Misty Step is out of spell slots, then the "cast" button fails to appear in the bonus action section of the combat options menu, thus preventing use of the Shillelagh cantrip. If spell slots are available, then casting for both Shillelagh and Misty Step functions normally. (I have not tested the bug with any other character builds/classes).
