[BUG] I cannot exit the Witch Hut in the Swamp

• Where, how, who, when?

After defeating the Swamp Hag and her Golem, I can not exit the witch hut in the swamp. Every time I assemble my party in the blue exit box, it disappears and I can not leave the hut.
