Had a scenario where a bug was easily recreate-able.
Game scenario: Post initial goblin battle at Caer Lem picking up loot. [Note - a fog cloud was present (even after a short rest btw)]
Bug: Almost every time going either in or out of looting and game menus screen froze. I had run into this issue in character creation and tutorial phase of game on occasion but is was not readily repeatable.
Setting my NVDIA [Manage 3d settings] Anti-aliasing mode to 'Application controlled' and the game graphic settings to 'none' appears to have resolved the issue.. sorta.. made it to the 4th bag of loot before freezing this time though. Will update if I find a more complete fix, However the above changes allowed me to get to the 4th bag for the first time so I tend to think it's graphics settings related.
