Bug during Arwin Merton questline

Hello, I reached the point in the storyline that was the "end" for early access availability and left several side quests unfinished to complete upon full release. I have arwin merton's sword and when i approach him in the Inn a series of automatic responses from my characters begins with no conversation anywhere else. Then a game breaking bug happens. after the one-sided conversation auto plays out, instead of resuming normal control of my characters, the camera locks into position outside the inn looking at the entrance of the inn, from the side and will not be moved in any way shape or form. I can still access menus, inventories and even open the map to quick travel but my screen stays locked on the entrance to the inn.
