Bug: Druid's lose concentration when converting back to Human form

Just experience this twice in my game tonight. I have the option for "Disable damage can cause concentration lose" option in the setting enabled. So damage should NOT cause me to lose concentration.

But TWICE tonight my druid lost concentration when taking damage in animal form and being converted back to non-animal form.

THIS IS BUGGED!
