Bug: Character UI off screen

As seen in the attached image, the character UI in combat, in the bottom left corner, is mostly off screen and unusable. This only happened for a single character, but consistently happened for that character (Split). 

This was in a multiplayer game. We tried reloading the game, restarting both computers, and using a different game save, but the issue continued to happen with that same character. 

We created a new game with different characters, and everything there worked fine. 

I used that same character in a different game (single player) and it worked fine.
