BUG: Angbi's bones quest not resolving properly

Version 0.4.21 - Public

After patch 0.4.21 Public. When turning in Angbi's bones, the bones do not leave inventory, and party does not receive quest reward.

Plus you don't gain any reputation with the Antiquarians (that's Anti-Kwarian, not Ant-Karian as someone pronounces it).

And Angi's ghost is still there when you go back to the dark castle.
