Monastery quest, caravan level. As you enter, when you come to the broken bridge there's an interactable column to your left, with one place to stand next to it which can be reached by flying. If you fly to that spot and push the pillar, it falls the wrong way and lands on top of you, making it impossible to move from that location by any means.

Shooting the column with a ranged attack from a distance will let you avoid it killing you.
All columns I've run across that can be knocked over can also be knocked over with a ranged attack.
