This may have already been reported on. The 1d4 to rolls from Bless is not being added (the combat log shows a d20 roll + modifier, nothing else).

It may seem like that, I was confused too. But the bless bonus is folded into the static modifier of the roll. If you hover over the 1d20+x in the combat log, you'll see it in the breakdown.
