Bestow Curse, Spike Growth, Wall of Fire, Wall of Thorns, Blade Barrier: not quite like SRD

Hello!

I have noticed a few things that do not seem to behave like in SRD rules:

- Bestow Curse upcasted to lvl 5+ is not supposed to require concentration anymore, but it does.

- Druid's Spike Growth does not damage creatures that are moved/shoved into the area. Same thing for Wall of Fire/Blade Barrier/Wall of Thorns. By SRD rules, it should also trigger since

"A creature takes the same damage when it enters the wall for the first time on a turn or ends its turn there."

So, a creature outside of the wall being shoved in the wall should take damage, no matter who's turn it is. Same wording for Wall of Thorns, and Blade Barrier (although Blade Barrier mentions "When a creature enters the wall’s area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there ")

This "a turn" wording is the same wording for the Rogue's Sneak Attack, which is a well-known and accepted ruling that can be applied outside of the rogue's turn if it can do an attack of opportunity with advantage, for example.

Hope this helps, and hopefully gets resolved! It adds great depth in team tactics!

Also, in the light of testing stuff out with recurring effects, I have tried to Fear a creature into a Wall of Fire, for example, but I was surprised because the creature would just stand still and do nothing.
