My (marsh halfling) rogue attuned to the Belt of Dwarvenkind after the most recent patch.
The displayed constitution has not changed.
The hit points have not changed.
Short resting again after attunement has not helped.
Quitting the game and reloading has not helped.
[Edit] Of course the attunement didn't equip the belt. Equipping + attuned works
