Beacon of Hope not working - Blocking Combat Progress

When using Beacon of hope spell, you target the players you want of 6. But next turn, or whenever the next heal is to any of those players. The game almost freezes? in combat. The player sheet in the bottom left stops displaying. Initiative bar/combat tracker stays, though I didn't display in the screen-snip.  This has happened 3 times all doing the same thing. It's only when it tries to calculate the amount of healing the character is supposed to receive. To fix, I have to reload the auto-save as combat starts. Which sucks. Escape, or Space bar to end my turn does nothing.
