Could not scribe barkskin scroll to spellbook with a greenmage wizard.
Had no issue scribing other greenmage scrolls I discovered.

Also noticing this from lesser restoration. Being unable to learn from scrolls is severely limiting to the greenmage as it forces him to use his rare free spells on levelup on his ranger spells.
At the same time, noticed that my mage can scribe a thunderwave scroll despite already knowing the spell.
