Banished elemental still triggers combat

Even if the last creature "in combat" is a banished elemental, combat always triggers, when it shouldn't.

Ah, and I'm also stuck in an infinite loop of 1 round combats.

Pause the game when the combat ends and click on a map fast travel point should move you away from the banished creature and stop combat looping.
