Automatically read crafting recipes

Once a crafting recipe item is picked up - just add it automatically. (Instead of making us rightclick each recipe, hit Read, and then dismiss.)

This is the same as how gold pieces are automatically consumed when you pick it up. The popup notification you get when the crafting recipe is added is enough to make it clear to the player what has happened.

There's no need to make the player go through all the clicking, especially if they're not particularly interesting in crafting items at all.
