I finished the Eastern Front quest at the Gallivan Border. This prompts the Attrition quest to take a long rest. When I go to the War Camp to complete a long rest, it says "This type of rest is not authorized right now".
Closed out of the game, re-loaded the save and even re-did the encounter, still pops up with the same error.

How can I avoid the problem
In my campaign, my first character in a list of four couldn't start a long rest, but after trying another character to start a long rest, it worked and I was able to take a long rest.
Still can't take a short rest, not fatal, but not pleasant.
