upon bringing the sword back to Arwin the character dialog bugs out and characters talk over each other then the camera defaults to ground level looking straight at front of tavern you cant move and the map shows fast travel locations you can travel too but the camera is locked in front of tavern. reverting to previous save only way to fix
also once you have the sword you can no longer stay at the inn without triggering the quest
Try traveling away and coming back. It fixed the camera issue, but not the quest, still can't turn it in.
Me too. camera is fixed and map is also.
Same situation with me and unable to return the sword. Not if you use the map to go to the other guy upstairs you can enter the Inn, but the quest is broke for returning the sword.

I am having the exact same issue everyone above is having. Once I try to talk to Arwin, or even the innkeeper, the characters start talking over one another and then everything freezes to a shot outside the inn where everything is frozen. The only way to get out of it is to reload a previous save. Can you please fix this, otherwise quest cannot be completed.

Agreed, having that same issue. That said, it's a nice sword, I don't mind having my Paladin using it when not wielding the radiant greatsword, but I would like to finish this quest at some point :)
