Reaction Shot works as described when attacked by a ranged weapon attack, however the when attacked by a ranged spell attack no option is given for a reaction shot. Sylvan Archer increases Dex as per the text but 1/2 and 3/4 cover are both listed as effects when targeting enemies in cover.

For me, the Dexterity bonus for Sylvan Archer also doesn't work, at least not immediately after selecting it and completing the levelup. Maybe it's bugged and only works after save/load...
