Arcaneum salesman in CotM doesn't sell Primed Wands

Apparently, primed wands are a relatively recent addition to the game, and they can't be purchased from the Arcaneum, despite crafting manuals for Wands of the War Mage +1/+2 being available for purchase in the Manacalon ruins.

This seems like an unintentional oversight to me; thus, I would like to request for this item to be added to the Arcaneum inventory.
