Arcane Recovery with Sorcerer UI

Now that you've created a user interface for the Sorcerer's ability to convert sorcery points into spell slots, please change Wizard's ability Arcane Recovery to use the same or similar UI as well. Currently you can't select which spell levels you regain with Arcane Recovery, even though by normal 5E rules you should be able to choose.
