Hello,
I'm not sure this is a bug, but I can't find a way to activate the Arcane Fury ability on my lvl7 Shock Arcanist.
Any help would be appreciated.

After leveling up to lvl8 the Use Power button appeared and I'm now able to activate Arcane Fury.
Still not sure if this is a bug or if it's intended.
