any way to cancel movement?

I saw a thread 7 mos ago on this (answer was no at the time), anything since then? Once you click on a movement destination, any way to cancel that? I remember in DOS it was right click mouse.. useful.

If you are talking about overland movement, there's now a button at the bottom of the screen.

The button only cancels the journey if there is a stop on the way. Once you get past the last stop, there is no way to return. Would be nice if you could do a long rest after a battle or go back the way you came, but you cannot.
