All Saves Ruined By Quick Loading While Saving

Don't know if this has happened to anyone, but I recently corrupted all my saves by accidently quick loading while a save was being written. I got the "This save is from an earlier version" line for all my saves. I was able to regain my progress by starting over, and then attempting to load a new save, as a quick save still existed that didn't show previously. Hope if that happens to anyone else, that you can regain your progress as well.
