I installed the beta, just to get a quick look at the Sorcerer class, and all my quick saves/auto saves were gone from the game. The saved games files themselves are still on the disk. I zipped them and uploaded them to a publicly accessible link on Drive:

I don't know why the game isn't seeing them. I also tried opting out of the beta, which re-downloaded the original game, but still no visible saved games in the game itself.
Where were those saves ? (under which folder hierarchy)
First, make sure to run the option: Verify integrity of game files (Solasta properties in Steam).
On Steam, maybe you are using Steam Cloud for that game...
If so, try turning off Steam Cloud (for Solasta only, properties in Steam) to see if it makes a difference when rebooting Steam and Solasta.
And make sure the save files are in:...\AppData\LocalLow\Tactical Adventures\Solasta\Save Files
Turn it back on after if it made no difference.

One interesting observation: All files have the exact same last time/date of modification (7/9/2021 4:07 PM) as if something touched all of these files at the same time. I have 2 very old save files from last March which weren't touched, and the game still sees them. None of my recent saved games are visible.
What I did was:
1) Install the beta

4) Next day - try to continue main quest - no saved games anymore
I suspect something in the game accessed the saved games when I installed the Beta for some reason (maybe convert them to some new format) and it messed all of them up.

The new version you tried (Beta) seems incompatible with past saves. I say that based off today's patch introductory note.
So my theory is the game automatically put your saves aside.
To continue that past campaign (without the new patch), if there is not option in Steam Properties (showing the Release branch before this patch), you will have to ask real Support from TA to know the solution.
