Add crafting type to recipe tooltips

If you mouse over a crafting recipe, even holding ALT, there's no information about what type of crafting it's for: Poisoner's Toolkit, Herbalism, etc.  After much trial-and-error and autosaving I noticed there's a very tiny symbol on the icon, but it's not obvious enough, I think.

A good example is the Ghoul's Caress Poisoned Arrow.  Arrows are made using Smith's Tools, but if you learn this recipe, it turns out to be a Poisoner's recipe.  Time to reload a save because you clicked it on the wrong character and wasted it.
