Just like the title says. I've tried twice in two different fights to use my Fighter's Action Surge ability. Both times, after the brief animation that shows the character surrounded in blue light, no options to move or attack worked. In one instance I hit the "Dash" button, and finally some grid squares opened up for available movement, but when I clicked on one of them to have the fighter move there, nothing happened, and I eventually had to just click "End Turn." Needless to say, not being able to actually use the Fighter's Action Surge was extremely disappointing.
Probably it's a more specific bug, because I've been using Action Surge with multiple characters without any problem.
It's a human fighter with the champion archetype. When I get a chance I'll try and duplicate and if it happens I'll save and send in the save. Thanks for the heads up.
This must be situational, I recommend sending a save file to the devs: My last play through on 0.4.14 and 0.4.14b had two dwarf fighters, and I didn’t experience this.
