Hello, if I remeber correctly in the kickstarter said that the character level is from 1 to 10. Does this mean that spellcasters can't have access to the highest level spells?

This is a good suggestion, although not planned for now. Obsviously it is excessive for an Indy studio to record every spellcasting with a different audio for each character voice. But we will see if we can find some middle ground.

several recent games only have one phrase used in every spellcast. I find it to be a little counter immersive though.
Maybe a phrase by school of spell ?...
It would make sense for reaction spells to be cast without incant anyway.

IE games and NWN basically have one incantation for each school of magic, male and female versions. So it's not a crazy amount of voice work. 7 different incantations.
