Greenmage. I hit 3rd level on a random encounter. Picked 2 2nd level spells. Verified them. In the Tower of Magic. On some encounters they show up on others they do not. I have not made it back to town yet to sleep at the Inn and test it further.

Edit: I am thinking the 2 spells (Magic Weapon and Misty Step) can not be used in combat. Not sure. It does not say that in the SRD. Speaking of. I am hoping that Hunter's Mark will have something about "weapon attack" added to the flavor text.

Side note: Really wish I could change the destination or at least go back to town on each rest tick or random encounter. If it is an option I am not seeing it.

Are you suggesting coconuts migrate?

I think your problem is that, out of combat, action and bonus action spells are all together in the same menu since the distinction doesn't matter much. But in combat they are under separate menus. You should find these spells under the brown "Cast a Spell" bonus action button, whereas your action spells are under the gray action one.

Thanks for the reply. Next time I fire it up I will look for them there, I feel like I did but it does not hurt to check.
