Not sure that's a bug (i'm a true beginner in DD5) but my dwarf/paladin is able to set is primary weapon with 2H Sword and a Shield.
In 3.5/PF, that's not possible, so i wonder if it's OK with the ruleset.

Are you sure that it's not a "versatile" weapon that can be used both one- and two-handed?
