I've seen this in 1.0.18 as well, so it's not exactly new. Search doesn't show up anything related. Here is the relevant part of the combat log:
It's not exactly "twice", as the amount of damage is different each time, but still. Checked the stat block for the Wraith, it doesn't mention anything like that.
Is this a bug, or an intentional homebrew?
