[1.0.21] - Bug when acquiring the Evocation Gem

After the cutscene, if you have Fly cast on one of your party members, they are unable to find a path out of the map.  I had just cast fly with the Winged boots, and was unable to take it off (tried un-attuning, dropping, etc but the effect was active).  Effect was unable to be dispelled too.

I was able to proceed by casting detect magic as a ritual about 2 dozen times (to burn 4h of in game time) for the effect to end naturally
